Kindred Hospital Louisville is a 123-bed long-term acute care hospital. Our 47-bed Sub-Acute Unit is located within this hospital on the third floor. We offer the same critical care patients receive in a traditional hospital or intensive care unit, but for an extended recovery period. Our team plays a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill and medically complex patients. We are located in the Original Highlands neighborhood, a short drive away from downtown, Cherokee Park and a number of boutique shops and restaurants at: 1313 St. Anthony Place, Louisville, KY 40204
