Polysomnographic Technologist Night Shift Full Time

Performs limited clinical diagnostic procedures for patients with sleep related disorders. Administration of oxygen or positive airway pressure must be under the direct supervision of a registered polysomnographer.

Other duties may include scoring, community education, marketing and inventory management.

Minimum Education

• Graduate of accredited Polysomnography program X Required
• Graduate of JRCRTE and AMA approved School of Respiratory Therapy X Preferred

Minimum Work Experience

• Six (6) months experience as a polysomnographic technician

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must beable to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
