Job Summary:

Produces two-dimensional ultrasonic recording of internal organs for use by Physician in diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs by performing the following duties.

Required Skills

Knowledge - Skills:

• Approximate percent of time required to travel: Must read, write and speak fluent English
• Interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively instruct patients and maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers
• Must have good and regular attendance
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Experience:

• 2 years of Ultrasound experience is preferred.

Education:

• Satisfactory completion of a formal Ultrasound training program of equivalent training as specified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Licenses/ Certifications:

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Registration through the ARDMS (Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) is preferred.
