Licensure/Certification Requirements:
·Registered Nurse License issued by the State of Oklahoma or as part of a compact
·BLS (within one week of hire)
·NRP (and/or obtains within 3 months of hire)
·AWHONN Basic Fetal Monitoring (or equivalent) Annually (and/or by end of Clinical Nursing Orientation)
·AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Biannually (and/or within 6 months of hire)
·NIH Stroke Annually (and obtains by end of Clinical Nursing Orientation)
·Oklahoma Rights & Responsibilities Certificate (Medical Treatment Laws Information Act) every 2 years (and obtains by end of Clinical Nursing Orientation)
Education/Experience:
·Graduate from an accredited nursing program
·Maintains education and development appropriate for position
