Minimum Educational

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and/or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas

Certification Requirement

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire

Handle with Care within 30 days of hire

License Requirement

Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas
