Nursing Asst I-Cert

The Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I) provides basic patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in acute or long-term care settings. The CNA I supports patients with activities of daily living, monitors vital signs, and ensures a clean and safe environment while promoting patient comfort and well-being.

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or long-term care facility.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.

• Current CNA certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor.
• Attention to detail and sound observational abilities.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
