Seeking a Registered Nurse for our Primary Care Clinic

FTE .8 / 32 Hours per week; Monday - Friday with one day off!

The Clinic Nurse provides a variety of direct patient care services including planning, implementing and evaluating direct patient care, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, supervising appropriate recording and retention of all medical records, patient education and communication, and administering medications.

• Current licensure by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing; RN 
  
• Minimum two years' experience working in healthcare setting required
• Clinic experience as LPN or RN Preferred
• CPR Certification
